CGT was recently contacted by a data management company in Ohio that was looking for options to replace or repair their year and half old laboratory nitrogen generator they purchased from one of the leading suppliers of lab gas nitrogen generators. The company was disappointed to find out the cost to fix the original unit (parts and labor). CGT offered an alternative product that was less expensive to purchase than the repairs and would not require the high amount of service that their current unit needed. CGT supplied a unit from stock and the customers LC-MS was back up and running within a few days.
