In late 2023 CGT was contacted by an engineering firm located in Oregon who was researching nitrogen generation for their client who specialized in packaging small batch gourmet roasted nuts. CGT worked closely with the engineering firm to determine the flow rate and purity requirements needed for the packaging equipment. A food grade nitrogen system was chosen and installed in early 2024. To date, the customer has eliminated the need for weekly nitrogen deliveries and is expecting a payback within 18 months.
