A food packaging company with operations throughout the United States was installing a new packaging line in their Iowa facility. This new line would increase the companies output of deli meats. This new packaging line required a supply of high purity nitrogen as one of their gases for modified atmospheric packaging. The engineering manager contacted CGT since he had worked with them at his previous company. CGT provided a detailed solution to his new stringent packaging requirements by meeting the flow, purity, and pressure specifications while coming within the project budget. The new PSA nitrogen generation system will be operating 24 hours a day, six days per week.
This compact system of nitrogen generation is ideally suited for high flow applications that presently employ liquid nitrogen bulk delivery systems.
