In recent years some of the largest air compressor companies in the world have decided to add nitrogen generators to their product mix. This seems to be a perfect fit for their companies since nitrogen generators operate off of compressed air. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line they are finding it doesn’t match their business plan and they decide to discontinue selling nitrogen generators. The end user is the one that is being hurt in the long run. They end up purchasing a nitrogen unit from an air compressor company at a discounted rate, since the air compressor companies are trying to buy market share. This is great initially but a few years down the road when the product has been discontinued they are unable to get any technical support or purchase parts they require since most of the units use proprietary components. Consumers need to be very cautious when dealing with an air compressor company trying to sell nitrogen generators.
This compact system of nitrogen generation is ideally suited for high flow applications that presently employ liquid nitrogen bulk delivery systems.
